Casting calls from film & television

Two production companies are seeking male actors of Indian heritage for upcoming shoots:

Berlin, 16 May 2026: We are looking for a man with roots in India who owns, wears and can talk about a traditional sherwani – a wedding sherwani is also welcome. Travel and, where applicable, accommodation costs will be covered.

Munich & Lucerne, May–August 2026: A young man (aged 18–25) with an Indian appearance is sought for a TV production. The role involves approximately 25 days of filming and includes interaction with the actors. Regardless of the terms, participation offers the opportunity to gain an insight into working on a large professional film set and to gain initial experience and make contacts.

These enquiries are initially directed at members of the Indien-Institut.
